Happy Thursday y'all! FINALLY got back into my routine after being out of the country. It takes a few days to get back on track with school, work, sleep, workouts, and chores! To say I had an incredible week and a half is an under statement. I have so much to write about that I decided to split up my Italy trip into two parts. My first part will consist of Cinque Terre where we spent the first four days of our trip. The second part will consist of Tuscany!

Oh Cinque Terre, you are the most beautiful place I have ever been too. Seriously my favorite place (sorry San Fran!). So what is Cinque Terre? It's five small towns on the Italian Riviera, Northwest part of Italy, which are Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. We stayed in a beautiful farmhouse called La Cabana which had the most incredible views of Monterosso and the other towns.

These towns are known for amazing hikes that connect all the towns. Our first hike started from Monterosso to Vernazza and it was a bit enduring. Tons and tons of stairs but the views just got better and better. It was worth every stair and hill we climbed that day. Vernazza was so amazing. It's so picture perfect towns you saw online or on postcards. A small town on the water! We had lunch and the best gelato ever before we took a ferry back to Monterosso. There are so many shops to see in Vernazza.

We had made our way back to the hotel to rest and get ready for an afternoon at the beach. I can't begin o tell you how beautiful this beach was. It had the most clear water I have ever seen. I have also never swam in the Mediterranean so this was first! The color of the water was just incredible! We swam a bit before we headed to dinner down by beach! Amazing seafood, great wine, and a beautiful sunset.

The next day consisted of hiking from Vernazza to Corniglia. Much easier hike from the one the day before but still a fun one. The views from this hike were once again incredible. This town is up on the hill and it's just incredible how beautiful it all looks!! This town was a bit smaller than Vernazza but nonetheless it was great. There is so much to take in from the small streets to the views! After a well needed nap, we headed to the beach to enjoy our last beach day there!

I can't begin to explain how much i really loved this place. The culture, the history, the views, it was all surreal. It's the type of things you see in magazines haha. If you ever have the chance to visit Italy, come here!!! You will fall in love with these coastal towns, the colors, the water, and the food.

Make sure to check in next week to read part 2 of this trip which was: TUSCANY. I also have exciting things coming up for the blog. New content and everything! I'll be hopping on a plane in exactly 10 days once again and you are not going to want to miss my next adventure! Hope y'all have a great weekend.
