I’ve had so many people reach out to me the last few months asking for book recommendations!! So it’s time to put another reading list of books I’ve recently read that I feel like many of you would enjoy! I have been a a roll with my reading list lately. I finally got library card which means unlimited books and for those who are major book worms, ya know a library card means saving tons of money haha. So ever since I got my card, i’ve been reading about two books a week. So its a perfect time for me to share my recent reads and also what I’m going to read in November!

I’m trying to find a better way to explain books to you all without giving away much information haha. If there’s anything you would like to see in my book recaps, please let me know!

I Owe You One by Sophie Kinsella

If you’re looking for romance and some female empowerment, then read this! A girl who’s always been put on the back burner with love, family, and her family business. She learns to stands up for what she believes in and finds herself some love. It’s such a good story to read and totally recommend this to my girls out there!

Eleanor Oliphant is completely fine by Gail Honeymoon

Okay let me start by saying that this book was amazing. At first I wasn’t so sure of what I was getting myself into but I quickly got into it and it was such a touching and heartfelt book. Eleanor is lonely and completely isolates herself from the world until she becomes infatuated with a singer. But there is so much to Eleanor’s past that made her who she is today.

Ghosted by Rosie Walsh

OMG! Romance turns to mystery turns to thriller. I can’t even begin to explain this book haha. Honestly though it’s such a page turner and you don’t even see it coming. She meets this stranger and they spend a beautiful week together and then he disappears. She cant let go of the feeling that something is wrong. In the end, their lives are so intertwined that you won’t believe it .

The Cactus by Sarah Haywood

Kind of reminds me a lot of Eleanor Oliphant. Everyone finds her difficult to pin point but her, life is perfect. Until the loss of her mother and then all the sudden she finds out she’s pregnant. Life just starts to unravel for her as she realize that things are finally out of her control.

Watching You by Lisa Jewell

Okay this book was AWESOME. It had me so hooked right away. It goes back and forth between Joey and police and a few weeks back before all their lives got crazy. Its a mystery and thriller all in one and it’ll just want you wanting more and more. There is a murder and affairs happening and it just takes you on a wild ride!

On my reading list for November:

  • Evie Drake Starts Over by Linda Holmes

  • A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman

  • The Most Fun We’ve Ever Had by Claire Lombardo

  • Whisper Network by Chandler Baker

I’ll be doing another recap next month and adding more books so stay tuned! Let me know what books you are currently reading as well! I love adding new titles to my must read list. Thanks for reading friends!
